With experience across mental health and educational settings, I bring a practical and adaptable perspective to therapy. My background includes private school, residential, office-based, outreach, and family counseling environments.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, allowing methods and strategies to be tailored to the individual rather than requiring the individual to fit one particular model.
The goal is to foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where clients can explore challenging issues and develop skills they can use beyond the therapy session.
